We ship via Fedex 2 Day, USPS Priority Mail (usually 2 Days) and UPS and 90% of the time customers receive their orders within 1 or 2 business days.
We ship out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday only in order to avoid weekend delay at the shipping carrier’s warehouse.
Although we ship frozen royal jelly with ice pack in an insulated bag, no royal jelly arrives in frozen or cold conditions even in Alaska. It is simply impossible.
However, royal jelly won’t lose its freshness for up to 2 – 4 weeks at room temperature because they were collected at room temperature in the first place. (Please don’t worry, royal jelly won’t perish that easily as people might think)
Keeping in the refrigerator or freezer will extend its storage life, approximately 6 months in the refrigerator, 3 years in the freezer.
