Ingredients

Golden Milk Base

  • 1½ cups milk of choice (oat, almond, or whole)
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper (helps absorb turmeric)
