Golden Milk Turmeric Latte
This warming golden milk latte combines anti-inflammatory turmeric with aromatic spices and honey. A cozy, healthful drink perfect for winding down.
Ingredients
Golden Milk Base
- 1½ cups milk of choice (oat, almond, or whole)
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch of black pepper (helps absorb turmeric)
Wellness Additions
- ½ teaspoon Go Honey bee propolis powder

- ½ teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
Warm the Milk
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and warm over medium-low heat. Don't let it boil—you want it gently steaming.
Add Spices
Whisk in the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and coconut oil if using. Continue whisking until everything is well combined and the milk turns a beautiful golden color.
Simmer Gently
Let the mixture simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. This allows the flavors to meld together.
Add Propolis and Honey
Remove from heat and let cool slightly for 1 minute. Stir in the bee propolis powder and honey until dissolved. Adding them off heat preserves their beneficial properties.
Strain and Serve
Pour through a fine mesh strainer into your favorite mug. Dust with a little extra cinnamon if desired.
