Greek Yogurt Parfait
Layers of creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, fresh berries, and golden honey make this parfait as beautiful as it is nutritious.
Ingredients
Parfait Layers
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- ½ cup granola
- ½ cup mixed fresh berries
- 1 tablespoon Go Honey bee pollen
- 1-2 tablespoons Go Honey pure honey
Optional Additions
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
Prep Your Ingredients
Wash and dry your berries. If using strawberries, slice them. Have all your toppings measured and ready for easy layering.
First Layer
Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into a glass jar or bowl. Smooth the top with the back of the spoon.
Add Crunch and Fruit
Add half of the granola, then a layer of mixed berries. Drizzle with a little honey.
Repeat Layers
Add the remaining yogurt, followed by the rest of the granola and berries.
Top with Bee Pollen
Sprinkle bee pollen generously over the top. Add any optional toppings like sliced almonds, coconut flakes, or chia seeds. Finish with a final drizzle of honey.
Serve
Enjoy immediately for the best texture, or cover and refrigerate overnight for a grab-and-go breakfast (the granola will soften).
