Ingredients

The Centerpiece

  • 1 package Go Honey raw honeycomb (4-5 ounces)

Cheeses (Select 3-4)

  • 1 (3.5-ounce) log herb-crusted goat cheese
  • 1 block Manchego cheese, cut into triangles
  • 1 wedge Humboldt Fog or soft-ripened cheese
  • 1 block aged cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 wheel brie (optional)

Cured Meats (Select 2-3)

  • 4 ounces Genoa salami, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces Calabrese salami, sliced
  • 3 ounces prosciutto di Parma

Fruits

  • 1 package fresh blackberries or raspberries
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch seedless green grapes
  • ½ cup dried apricots

Nuts & Accompaniments

  • 1 cup roasted salted pistachios
  • 1 cup candied pecans
  • 1 cup mixed olives
  • Assorted crackers and flatbreads
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1

Position the Honeycomb

Place the raw honeycomb in the center of your board as the main attraction. This is your focal point—everything else builds around it.

2

Add Small Bowls

Place 2-3 small bowls or ramekins on the board for olives, nuts, and any dipping accompaniments.

3

Arrange the Cheeses

Arrange the cheeses around the honeycomb and small dishes. Vary shapes for visual interest: wedges, cubes, and logs. Position softer cheeses (brie, goat cheese) near the honeycomb since guests will spread honeycomb on these.

4

Add Produce and Crackers

Fan out apple slices, place grapes in small clusters, and add berries in tight groupings. Use a tall glass or jar for flatbread crackers—height creates visual drama.

5

Arrange the Meats

Fold or fan salami slices and roll prosciutto into loose rosettes. Tuck meats into remaining empty spaces around the board.

6

Fill the Gaps

Fill gaps with dried fruits, nuts, and additional berries. Fill small bowls with olives and extra nuts.

7

Final Touches

Finish with fresh herb sprigs if desired. Place cheese knives, a honey dipper, and small forks nearby for serving.

Pro Tip: Keep honeycomb at room temperature before serving for optimal texture. Provide a sharp cheese knife nearby so guests can cut their own pieces. The honeycomb wax is completely edible—let guests know they can enjoy it along with the honey!
