We ship thousands of jars of Royal Jelly each year. Please note that these jars will not be delivered in a frozen state. This is just to prolong the products lifespan which is expect to be a 6-12 months.
Royal Jelly is naturally stable at room temperature for 2-4 weeks, as from the start it is naturally in the beehive and harvested at room temperature.

Returns Information
Royal Jelly is a perishable, ingestible food product packaged in glass. We accept returns only when all of the following apply:
- The item is unopened and sealed
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
- The item is packed in original or equivalent insulated packaging with adequate cushioning, sealed against leakage, labeled "Fragile," and shipped via the carrier specified in your return authorization
Damaged on arrival? Don't return it — email support@gohoney.net within 7 days with photos of the package and damage, and we'll handle it directly.
Manufacturing or quality defects in unopened product may be eligible for refund or replacement; email photos within 7 days of delivery.
Returns that arrive with broken glass, leakage, or insufficient packaging cannot be refunded — the product can no longer be safely inspected as an ingestible food item.
Taste, color, texture, and natural crystallization vary by harvest and season. These are characteristics of raw, unprocessed product, not defects.
Bulk orders (35 oz and larger) and wholesale orders are final sale.
